While I strive for perfection in all my handmade items, I am a human and touch every thread in your item, I am not a machine. Your Item ships from a non-smoking, pet friendly home. If you have allergies please wash your item before using or consider a pet free weaver.

Shipping: Shipping costs costs on both international and domestic orders are non-refundable. Customer acknowledges that Paper Street Weaving is located in Canada. Due to the nature of custom products, items that are refused or abandoned at delivery for any reason are non-refundable at the discretion of Paper Street Weaving is not responsible for items that are lost by any delivery provider during a return. Customs charges are the buyer’s responsibility, no returns or refunds will be granted on this basis and I cannot advise you on whether or not you will be charged customs fees. Full value is always declared on customs forms.

Invoices: All invoices must be paid before shipping of the item. Unpaid invoices without any communication will result in removal from the chatter group and you will not be allowed to purchase directly from Paper Street Weaving. If an invoice is unpaid in the specified time with no communication, you will forfeit your deposit. If you are unable to pay your invoice please contact Deidre Cleator to make arrangements. Terms and Conditions of payment plans are to be arranged between the customer and the weaver. If the payment plan is not followed per arrangement the weaver holds the rights to cancel the plan and list the item for sale to the public.

Dye Work: Dye can be unpredictable, even with the best planning. While I do my best to reach our vision when I dye things it may not always look exactly as envisioned. Communication in the dying stages is CRUCIAL. If you are unhappy please let me know, its the only way I can fix things and I want you to love what you get! I will offer 1 free redye on warp or weft, after that you will be responsible to cover cost of materials or we can decide that maybe what you’re looking for isn’t something I can achieve and decide to part ways. If I feel unable to complete a project to specifications, your deposit will be refunded, If the dye is acceptably close as deemed by me you may forfeit your deposit and cancel your order at any time.

Custom and Semi Custom slots: For Custom and Semi-Custom slots, the deposit paid to secure your slot is non refundable. You may transfer your slot to another buyer and your deposit will be applied to their final balance. Please see the Custom process file for more information.

Wrap Scraps: All sales of Wrap Scrap Accessories are final sale.

Warranties: Any and all warranties, guarantees and or product promises are non transferable and are only valid for the original purchaser as listed on the invoice. Once the item is no longer in the original owner’s possession for any reasons, any and all warranties, guarantees and or product promises will be voided. If the original owner sells or passes the item onto another person, Paper Street Weaving cannot be held responsible for the condition of the item at that time and cannot guarantee the safety or condition of the item.

Returns: Paper Street Weaving’s creations are all one of a kind, handmade items and while I do my best to achieve perfection, they may have minor imperfections or inconsistencies. These minor imperfections may include nubs or slight inconsistencies in weft or pattern. Any major inconsistencies will be disclosed by me and stated as seconds quality. Selvedges may vary by pattern and may not always be razor straight, many crackle weaves have naturally scalloped selvedges.

Buyer has 3 days to look over the item and report any issues seen with the item. No contact after 3 days of delivery(confirmed with tracking) the item will be deemed accepted. Please look over your item immediately upon arrival and contact me to discuss any questions or concerns you may have.

If you notice any minor and repairable flaws such as, skips, bobbin changes with the threads not snipped or weavers knots I will repair the item and send it back to you free of charge or find a local weaver in your area to do so. Bobbin changes or knot fixes are not flaws and are a normal part of weaving. If you have questions about something you see in your item feel free to ask. Sometimes ends from bobbin changes will stick out after a wash and need to be tucked back in, this is not an acceptable reason to ask to return your item. Refunds or discounts are not warranted for repairable cosmetic flaws. If there is no safety or integrity issues, refunds will not be offered.

* Returns, refunds or exchanges due to buyers remorse will not be accepted*. If you change your mind about an item or find that the item does not suit your personal preference, you may choose to resell on any of the BST pages including the Paper Street Weaving Chatter page. Once an item has been listed for sale or trade on any BST page it is considered accepted as is, regardless of any flaws/issues and will not be accepted for return, regardless of how long the buyer has had it in their possession.

I strive to make sure sizing is as accurate as possible, please allow for a 5″ margin of length discrepancy (due to shrinkage etc.). I measure the wraps with soft tape in hand after washing and ironing (if applicable) and do my best to ensure accurate measurements. Returns will NOT be accepted for items that run up to the 5″, but a price per inch refund will be issued for the difference. If your item runs 6+ inches shorter than expected, you may return for a refund less shipping and a 10% restocking fee.

Your return MUST be initiated within 3 days of the tracking showing your items delivered and must be shipped back using a trackable and insured shipping method. The return shipping fees associated with the item’s return is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed upon beforehand by the customer and Paper Street Weaving. For any reasons, if a customer would like to cancel their purchase, Paper Street Weaving reserves the right to keep the non-refundable deposit.

Designs: Any and all designs created by Paper Street Weaving are the sole intellectual property of Paper Street Weaving and are not to be used, copied or duplicated without express written permission from Paper Street Weaving beforehand.

Conduct: Bullying, threats and such towards the weaver, any admin or any member of the group will not be tolerated. It will result in removal from the chatter group and a permanent ban from purchasing directly from Paper Street Weaving

By purchasing an item from Paper Street Weaving, you agree to all the terms and conditions set by Paper Street Weaving. There will be no exceptions to this policy.
